Survivors include 6 sons Bonifacio Ayala, Jr. of Minnesota, Salvador Ayala of Minnesota, Carlos Ayala and wife Nora of Cotulla, Juan Pablo Ayala and wife Esther of Cotulla, Francisco Ayala, Sr. and wife Grace of Cotulla and Saul Ayala, Sr. and wife Angie of Minnesota; daughters Eva Garza and husband Pedro Cruz of Cotulla, Crusita Ayala of Corpus Christi, Amada Gonzalez and husband Eduardo of Minnesota, Isaura Martinez and husband Freddie of Minnesota, Marivel Sanachez and husband Jesus of Cotulla, Sandra L. Bernal and husband Paulino of Cotulla, Elizabeth Mendez and husband Jerry of Minnesota, Bobbi Jo Ayala and husband Guadalupe of Minnesota and Marta Guite of Minnesota; brothers Carlos Lopez of Cotulla and Isidoro Looez of Indiana; sisters Julia Navejar of Cotulla, Luz Jasso of Cotulla, Lile Gonzalez and husband Alfredo of Cotulla, and San Juana Castillo of Temple; 51 grandachildren, 54 great-grandchilden and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation was held Tuesday, November 28, 2006 from 2 - 9 p.m. at the Peters Funeral Home in Cotulla. Services were held Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at the La Vina del Senor Church with Pastor Mancias, officiating. Interment followed in the Cotulla East Cemetery. Pallbearers were Abel Garza, Jr., Juan Carlos Ayala, Ernesto Rene Ayala, Francisco Ayala, Jr., Ismael Gonzalez, Jr., Eddie Gonzalez, Jr., Alfredo Gonzalez, III and Joey De Los Santos.
