Mintford C. Ball, 92, Carthage, died at 9:50 p.m. Monday, March 18, 2002 at his home after a lengthy illness.
Mr. Ball was born Sept. 7, 1909 at Avilla, Mo. to Maude (Riggs) and Earl E. Ball, and was a longtime Carthage resident.
He was a filter plant operator at Carthage Water and Electric for 25 years, retiring in 1977. He also worked at Southwest Missouri Bank from 1979 until retirement in 1989.
He married Martha E. Noakes April 27, 1940 at Carthage. She survives.
