STATESBORO, Ga. — Victoria Rayne Burnsed, infant daughter of Paula Eileen Geerdes Burnsed and Joshua Allen Burnsed of States-boro, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on March 25th, 2012.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her maternal grandparents, Jodi Geerdes and the Reverend Doctor John D. Geerdes of States-boro; paternal grandparents, Jennifer Rushing of Louisville and Ricky Burnsed of Register; maternal great-grandmother, Lillian Todd of Statesboro; paternal great-grandparents, Shelia and Pete Rushing of
Nevils.

"If roses grow in Heaven, Lord, please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my baby's arms and tell her they're from me.
Tell her that I love her, and when she turns to smile,
Place a kiss upon her cheek
And hold her for awhile."

The graveside service and burial will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Bulloch Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Dr. John Geerdes officiating.

Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home of Statesboro is in charge of the arrangements.
