Harvey W. Massey, Sr., 72, of 2906 North Seventy fourth, Wyandotte County, died yesterday at Providence hospital. He was born at Sabetha, Kas., and lived in Wyandotte County 20 years. Mr. Massey retired five years ago after 15 years with the Minneapolis-Moline Farm Equipment company. He was a member of the First Baptist church of Bethel, and the Delaware Masonic lodge. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Amy Massey of the home; a son, Harvey W. Massey, Jr., 2903 North Seventy-fourth; a daughter, Miss Joyce M. Massey, 320 West Forty-sixth terrace; a sister, Mrs. Velma McConnaughey, Belleville, Kas.; four brothers, Lawrence Massey, Okemah, Okla.; Harry Massey, Goff, Kas.; Elmer Massey, Robinson, Kas., and Sherman Massey, Beattie, Kas., and two grandchildren. Services will be at 3 o'clock Saturday at the Porter chapel; burial in Chapel Hill cemetery. Friends may call after 5 o'clock today at the chapel.
