Frances Watts was a daughter of John Watts and Sarah Barnett. She married John Quinn.

John and Frances (Watts) Quinn had the following children, according to deeds settling John Quinn's estate:
Sarah "Sally" Quinn m David Williams
Nancy Quinn m John Morton
Joshua Quinn m Susannah Moore
Hiram Quinn m Elizabeth Moberly
Durandy Quinn m James Morton

Frances' husband, John Quinn, died in or before 1788 (inventory of his estate). Abner W. Quinn born 6 Apr. 1793, was not listed as one of the minor heirs of John Quinn. Had Abner been a son of John Quinn, a guardian would have been appointed to oversee his portion of the estate. When he became of age, his inheritance would not have been carved out of the inheritance of his mother or his siblings. That leaves a possibility that Frances (Watts) Quinn may have been Abner's mother or that he possibly was an orphan who she raised. See Memorial 87482248 for John Quinn.

Frances Quinn was enumerated as head of family in the 1810 Census, Madison Co., KY; however, she hasn't been identified in the 1820 census as head of family or possibly living with her children.

No probate was found in Madison Co., KY for an estate of Frances Quinn..

Departed this life on the tenth day of April 1824. mother of Hiram Quinn in the ____ year of her age. (Hiram Quinn Bible in McLean County Museum of History, Bloomington, IL)
