PROVO--Ralph Luce, infant son of Willard Ray and Celia Geneva Larsen Luce, died at birth Tuesday at the Utah Valley Hospital. Surviving besides the parents are a brother, Willard Ray Luce and three grandparents, Mrs. Rachel Luce of Provo and Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Larsen of Provo.
