An employee of the Joplin rendering Co., Vinson moved from Picher to Joplin eight years ago. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church in Joplin.
He is survived by his wife Martha Vinson of the home at 2115 S. Harlem, Joplin, three sons, David Vinson, Joplin, Willie Joe Vinson, Nevatia, MO, and Stevie Vinson of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Della Mae Hall of New Mexico, Mrs. Perliet (?) Cusick, Joplin and Mrs. Mary A. Crumbliss of the home, his father, Ben Vinson of Hulbert, Okla; two brothers Dock Vinson, Neosho, Mo., Leslie Vinson of Hulbert, two sisters Mrs. Florence Floyd, Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Opal Teague of Wagoner, Oklahoma, and three grandchildren. The body was received by the Hunter Funeral Home of Picher.

VINSON RITES:
Final rites for Henry F. Vinson a former resident of Picher will be conducted at 10:00a.m. Wednesday at the Pentecostal Mission in Picher. The Rev. Pete Thrasher pastor will officiate. Pall bearers will be Tom Lane, Hiram Cusick, James Thomasson, Tom Lake, Don Lowe and Charles France. Burial will be in GAR cemetery at Miami under the direction of Hunter/Thomas Funeral Home of Picher. Vinson, 50, died Sunday at his home in Joplin.
