WILLIE EUDEEN WEBB was born on 4 June 1919 to Willie and Effie Mai Judkins Webb of Student's Home Community. His siblings are Nettie Ophylene, Clyde, Jessie Opal, Daniel Watson, Troy Justin, and Mary Nell. He married Helen Pirtle on 3 August 1946 in Warren County, Tennessee; their children are Ronald Eudeen and Angela Ann. He was in the United States Army in 1941, and trained at Camp Bowie, Texas and Camp Atterbury, Indiana. A Private First Class, he served in the African-European Theater about September 1942 through 1945; he was in England in January 1944. His awards are the African-European Theater Ribbon and the Good Conduct Medal, and he was discharged about 1945 at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. On 24 November 1995, he died and is buried in Whorton Springs Cemetery.
