WEBB, Helen Ruth - Smithville, TN resident and DeKalb County, TN native Helen Ruth Webb, age 84, was born February 8, 1928 and died March 22, 2012 at River Park Hospital. A homemaker and member of the Whorton Springs Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Claudia Alice Cantrell Pirtle, Sr. She was married to Willie Udean Webb who preceded her in death November 24, 1995. She is survived by two children, Angela Wright of Phoenix, AZ and son Ronnie Webb and wife Anita of Lansing, MI; four grandchildren, Jennifer Cox, Aaron Wright and Brandon and Shenyah Webb; two step-grandchildren, Vincent and Michelle Wright; three great-grandchildren, Heath and Hayden Wright and Zenikaya Web; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sue and Charles Roberts of McMinnville and Janice and Garry Bryant of Bone Cave, TN; brother, Lonnie Pirtle, Jr. of Morrison, TN; sister-in-law, Joyce Pirtle of McMinnville and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 26, 2012 in High's Chapel with Rev. David Mahan officiating. Burial will follow in the Whorton Springs Cemetery in DeKalb County, TN. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday and 12:00 p.m. until time of service Monday at High's.
