Daughter of Alfred and Rebecca Herren Maner. Married 1852 in Cobb County, GA to Hartwell Baldwin as his second wife. County, GA. Step-mother to John L.(1848) and William H.(1851) Baldwin, sons of Hartwell and Emily Baldwin, and mother of Lawson(1853), Alfred Pinkney(1855), James E.(1857), Mary E.(1860), Susan R. and Cisroe Baldwin. Martha died soon after giving birth to Cisroe and is buried in an unmarked grave.
