RETIRED AXLE EMPLOYE, LAUSON, DIES AT HIS HOME
Edward Lauson, 79, of 115 Waugoo St., died Monday at his residence. He had been in failing health one month. He was born August 21, 1876, in New Holstein, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Detlaff Lauson, and had resided in Oshkosh for the past 30 years. He was married on Dec. 11, 1938, to Miss Metha E. Banderob in Oshkosh. Retired, he had formerly been employed by Wisconsin Axle Division for 25 years.
Surviving are his wife; one brother, H. D. Lauson, New Holstein and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Thursday at Konrad Funeral Home, with the Rev. William J. Spicer, pastor of Trinity Episcopal Church officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
