Arthur Thomas Coffman, 67, of Indianapolis, formerly of Boyle County, died Sunday in Indianapolis. Born March 27, 1937, in Lincoln County, he was the son of the late John W. and Irene Lewis Coffman. Survivors include his wife, Mary Cook Coffman; two sons, Arthur Coffman Jr. and Kevin Coffman, both of Indiana; two stepsons, Phillip and Scott Whitehead, both of Indiana; two daughters, Cindy Summers of Indiana and Sherry Coffman of Texas; a stepdaughter, Lisa Drew of Indiana; a brother, Johnny W. Coffman of Stanford; five sisters, Birdie Daugherty and Louise Belcher, both of Danville, Gladys Raley of Parksville, Joan Raley of Indiana and Birdie Mae Case of Junction City; a step sister-Emma Jean McCiver; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Sue Coffman and the mother of his children Barbara Coffman. Services were today at Little & Sons Funeral Home in Beach Grove, Ind. Burial was in New Crown Cemetery in Indianapolis.
Note**Uncle Thomas and Louvenia Mills were married when he was about to enter the service, they were not together very long. I am not sure it they got a Divorce or an Annulment.
