Mack is actually buried in Pleasant Valley Cemetery and was a member of the Pleasant Valley church, but which Pleasant Valley Cemetery has been difficult to find. He lived in Louisville at the time of his death.

Son of Henry Stroud and Rachel Eastridge.

In 1914 Mack was the Constable of Perry County.

Married to Ida Elizabeth Underhill on 14 March 1919 in Doolittle Mills, Perry County, Indiana.
They were the parents of Gladys
On Wednesday December 9, 1919 Mack and Lizzie left Perry County to live in Louisville, Kentucky.

Mack Stroud and Miss Elizabeth Underhill were united in marriage on Sunday morning by Squire George Ball. The groom is the youngest son of Henry Stroud and the bride is the third daughter of the late John Will Underhill. The writer wishes them a long and happy married life.

Wednesday March 5, 1952 at 5:30 am in his 62nd year: residence, 2807 Portland Ave.; beloved husband of Mrs. Tobitha Stroud; devoted father of Mrs. Gladys Wilson Embry; also survived by 3 grandchildren. Remains at the George L. Manning Funeral Home, 518-520 N. 26th Street, between Bank and Portland Ave. Funeral Saturday March 8 from the funeral home at 20:30 am and from the Pleasant Valley Church at 2 pm. Interment in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
