Anna Elizabeth DeMoulin.
Anna Elizabeth DeMoulin, 93 of Fair Oaks in Greenville died March 16 at 4:05 p.m. at Utlaut Memorial Hospital.
Memorial services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Greenville with the Rev. Robert Zanicky officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Auburn cemetery. The family will receive friends at the First Presbyterian Church after 10 a.m. Friday. The Donnell-Wiegand Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. DeMoulin was born April 1, 1894 in Pleasant Mound to John Abraham and Lucy Mayo (Davis) Cable. She married Leslie E. DeMoulin April 1, 1915 at her residence. He died September 26, 1963.
Survivors include a son, William L. DeMoulin of Greenville and Pensacola, Fla.; a daughter Mrs. Forrest (Elizabeth Anne) Pirtle of Jerseyville; five grandchildren and three stepgrandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and three stepgreat-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
A brother, John Cable, sisters, Florence Jackson, Margaret Platt and Nelle Kuenstler and two brothers and one sister in infancy preceded her in death.
Mrs. DeMoulin moved to Greenville in childhood. She graduated from Lincoln, Nebraska High School, and attended Greenville College. She was employed as a private secretary at DeMoulin Brothers.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Greenville, where she served as elder at the church, had been a member of the Shakespeare Club for 50 years, and was a member of Eastern Star.
Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church or Utlaut Memorial Hospital.
