"Charles Henry Kenney died on Sunday at Ridley Park, at an early age of twenty-five. He was the only son of General Superintendent H. F. Kenney of the Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad. Mr. Kenney's profession was mechanical engineering. He studied at the University, the Boston School of Technology and the Pennsylvania Railroad works at Altoona. It was while roughing it on the road with his men that he took the typhoid fever. His remains will rest in Laurel Hill Cemetery."
