We mourn the death and celebrate the life and legacy of Adelaida Alfonso.
Adelaida Alfonso, 85 years old deceased on February 8, 2012 at Memorial Herman Hospital in Houston, Texas.
She was a residence of West New York, NJ for the last 45 years. She was born on October 16,1926 in Havana, Cuba to Abelardo Alfonso and Dulce Maria Aranguren. She is survived by 1 sister, 2 brothers, 2 sons, 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A family service will be held at the Allen Dave Funeral at 2103 Cypress Landing Houston, TX on February 10, 2012. Her final resting place will take place at the Calvary Hill Cemetery at 21723 Aldine-Westfield Rd Humble, TX. on February 11, 2012.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the American Cancer Society or dedicate a mass in her name.

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers for the eternal resting of a dedicated loving mother, religious person, and a nurturing human being. She was loved by family and friends and she will be greatly missed!
