Cleo Lou Rountree is the daughter of William Andy Rountree and Maude Olla Staples. Cleo had seven brothers and sisters, Ballard, Esther, Florence, Dick, Narcia, Spencer and Dudley. She married Bubb P. Riley in Collingsworth Texas April 13, 1913. Together they raised three children: Otis Lee Riley, William Howard Riley and Dorothy May Riley in Clovis, New Mexico and while working at Boulder Dam in Nevada and at Grand Coulee Dam in Washington. Cleo's second marriage was to William Clark.
