Norma Madsen
  Norma Taylor Broadbent Madsen, 70, of Orem, died Monday, Sept. 16, 1985 in Orem.
  She was born Feb. 18, 1915 in Loa to Levi and Rhoda Jameson Taylor. She married Leon Broadbent and they were later divorced. She then married Curg M. Madsen.
  She received her education in Wayne County schools. She has lived in Corona, Calif.; Nephi, Santaquin and Orem. She was a well-known sales clerk, working in several shops in the Provo-Orem area.
  She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a member of the Orem Women's Club. She was a talented pianist and community volunteer worker and entertained for the nursing home patients.
  Survivors include one son and two daughters: Robert T. Broadbent, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Karl (Barbara) Bowers, Provo; Mrs. DuWayne (Susan) Weller, Benicia, Calif.; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; five brothers, four sisters: Stanford Taylor, and Alford Taylor, both of Orem; Quenten Taylor, California; Owen Taylor, Salina; Thaine Taylor, Viola Rees, Loa Johansen, all of Loa; Elvira Dastrup, Sigurd; and Nola Hunt, Salt Lake City.
  Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 E. Center, Provo, where friends may call Thursday, 6-8 p.m. or Friday one hour prior to services.
  Burial will be in the Timpanogos Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Orem.
