On Death Certificate, it looks like his parents are Joe and Elizabeth (Hangar) Hart. It is hard to read.

JOHN HART
John Hart, aged 68 years, died Monday evening, December 21, 1925, at 8:45 o'clock at the Uniontown hospital following an illness of complications of diseases.

Mr. Hart was born and spent his entire life in Fayette county, having resided for the last 40 years on the W. N. Thompson farm, near Revere.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Hart; one daughter, Mrs. Louis Hixon, of Revere, and the following step-children: Mrs. Newton Cuseman, of Carmichaels, Greene county; Mrs. W. J. Frankhouser, of Uniontown; Mrs. Marshall Clark, of Masontown; Edward Sickles, of Uniontown, and Newton Sickles, of Revere. One sister, Mrs. Amanda Everly, of Revere, also survives. A daughter, Mrs. Robert Seese, is deceased.

He was a member of the Ingles class of the Asbury M. E. Sunday school.
Funeral arrangements will be anounced later.
