She was a homemaker who enjoyed Bingo, and arts and crafts. Later, due to Alzheimer's, she occupied herself making beaded necklaces, which were given to anyone who came into her home.
Mrs. Lucero is preceded in death by her son, Frank Vigil.
She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Alberto Bachicha Lucero; sons, Albert B. Lucero Jr., wife, Niva, and Antonio J. Lucero and wife, Lucia; daughters, Fabiola Tafoya, Rafaelita Candelaria and husband, Joe, Dolores Perea and husband, Don, Carol Hinojos, and Priscilla Ruble and husband, Richard; brother, Samuel Garcia; sister, Flora G. Serna; 26 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
