"Sarah Louise Tanner Jarrard, age 66 of Gainesville, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at her residence following a brief illness.
"Funeral services [were held] Wednesday, January 25, 2012 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment follow[ing] in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Chris Anderson and Reverend Mike Grizzle officiate[d].
"Mrs. Jarrard was born April 23, 1945 in Buford, Georgia to the late Loyd Tanner and Mary Lou Smith Tanner. Sarah was a Bus Driver with Hall County School Systems for 31 years and was a member of Sardis Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her granddaughter, Victoria Cona Cristell Jarrard and four of her brothers, Bill Tanner, Toby Tanner, Sam Tanner and Larry Tanner.
