Philip Weiss was the husband of the late Helen Weiss. Dear father of Nan Bailey and Kenneth (Cindy) Weiss. Devoted grandfather of Matthew (Linda) Bailey, Peter (Robin) Bailey, Sean MacBain, Christopher (Carmen) Bailey, Jennifer (Neil) Stephens, Michael (Julie) Weiss, Andrew Weiss, and Courtney Weiss. Also survived by many great-grandchildren.
