John Burger, son of Christian Burger, aged almost 26 years, who had been away from home about a year, died of lung fever at Owensboro, Kentucky, on the 11th. On the 12th the corpse was shipped, but did not reach this point until Monday morning last, having been four days in transit. The burial took place in Burger Cemetery on Tuesday.
