Mr. Russell Ray Porter
Services for Mr. Ray Porter, 56, Farmers Home Administration Employee, formerly of Greenfield, Tennessee, who resided in Trenton, Tennessee, were held Sunday afternooon at Salem Baptist Church in Trenton. Burial was in Hornbeak Cemetery in Greenfield, Tennessee with Shelton Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Porter died at Jackson Madison County General Hospital, in Jackson, Tennessee. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dee Porter; two sons, James R. Porter of Washington and David Porter of Trenton; his mother, Mrs. Helen Porter of Greenfield, two sisters; Mrs. Tommy Bryan of Champaign, Illinois, and Mrs. Bill Scholes of Nashville, Tennessee; and five brothers, Chester Porter of Jackson, Tn., Roy Porter of Memphis, Tn., Jack and James Porter, of Greenfield, Tn. and Gene Porter of Little Rock, Arkansas.
