MRS. CHARLES MAGRUDER.
Shelbina, Mo., Dec 34. — Mrs. Charles H. Magruder, 79, died at her home here early Thursday morning. She had been ill more than five years and bedfast more than a year.
Mrs. Magruder was born in Monroe county, May 5, 1858. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Newton Adams. She had lived there until 1923 when she came to Shelbina. She was married to C. H. Magruder December 20, 1881. He died seventeen days ago.
Surviving are four sons, Henry, Earl, Roy and James Magruder of Shelbina; two daughters, Mrs. Russell Lasley and Mrs. Perry James, both of Shelbina; four sisters, Miss Jane Adams of Kansas City, Mrs. H. J. Gerling of St Louis, Mrs. William Williamson of Hunnewell and Mrs. J. C, Combs of Shelbina.
The funeral was held at the Hayes funeral home Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Burial was in Shelbina.
