Mrs. C. Willis (Hazel Arlean Ritchey Thompson) Taylor, 83, of Decatur died 8:10 a.m. Sun, who preceded her in death in 1968. She then married C. Willis Taylor in 1970. He preceded her in death in 1983.day (July 28, 1991) in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Taylor was born in Leadwood, Mo., Aug. 1, 1907, a daughter of John W. and Matilda Britton Ritchey. She was a member of Foursquare Gospel Church and Caterpillar Retirees Club. She was a homemaker. She was married to Herbert L. Thompson who preceded her in death in 1968. She then married C. Willis Taylor in 1970. He preceded her in death in 1983.
She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Betty Jean) Crackel and Mrs. Jack (Melba Louise) Eades, both of Decatur; Mrs. Larry (Kathryn Elizabeth "Beth") Briney of Fresno, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughters, Clara Dean Thompson and Norma Mae Fuhrer, three brothers and one sister.
