Frances was a homemaker and a member of Howell United Methodist Church. She enjoyed dancing and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons, William L. Ross, of Mt. Vernon, and Kenneth B. Ross, of Evansville; three grandchildren, Angela Peters, Julie Stevens and Erin Ross; two stepgrandchildren, Sarah Enlow and Kurt Greene; and great-grandchildren, Ross and Mason Stevens.
Mrs. Ross was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Herbert Ross in 2010; two sisters, Jessie Arlene and Ethel Lee Easterwood; and six brothers, Edgar, William, Hershel, Billy, LZ and Bobby Jack Easterwood.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 12, 2012, at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev. Lee Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 3 until 7 p.m. on Sunday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
