Funeral Services will be held at 3:15 p. m. today in the funeral home of Hay and Peabody, 749 Congress street for Burchard H. Southard of 88 Irvng Street, who died suddenly Saturday morning after a heart attack. Born at Presque Isle, Southard had made his home in this city for 22 years. He was employed as a janitor at the Oakdale school. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Daisie M. Southard; one daughter, Miss Eugenia Southard: four brothers, Herbert E. and Winfield H. Southard of Presque Isle, Theodore R. Southard Winthrop and Dover L. Southard of Kennebunk; and three sisters, Mrs. Luona Tompkins of New York City, Mrs. Eva Wersit of Portland, Conn., and Mrs. Bessie Curtis of Orlando Beach, Fla.
