Herman Thader was the husband of Cecilia J. (nee Comp), son of August and Augusta (nee Timreck), and father of Evelyn Lucille Smith (Florian "Fat"), Hazel Margaret Germanson (Frank "Ben"), Dorothy Hoffman (Hank), Mildred Schiller (Carl "Cully"), Joyce Lorraine Suelflow (Al), Patricia Helen Manz (Gilbert "Duke") and Herman Paul Manzeck (Alyce Draves). He was also the brother of Otto Albert Timreck, Paul August "Pat" (Mildred and Anna) Manzeck, Elizabeth "Bessie" (Chester Morrison) George, Minnie B. (Ole C.) Anderson, Alma Minna (Herbert) Kothrade, Hedwig "Hattie" Manzeck, August Teodor "Sebbie" (Esther Emilie, nee Dallmann) Manzeck and Edwin Richard "Butch) (Helen, nee Komas). Rest in Peace Grandpa.
