OGDEN - Robert Ryland Bachman, 61, died Wednesday, January 28, 2004, at his home with his family by his side, from mesothelioma. He was born November 2, 1942 to Ryland Carter and Loa Lilla Briscoe Bachman. Bob enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing. He especially loved to ride and work on his Harley with his buddies, especially Ron. He married the love of his life Connie Shafer, on June 17, 1977.
He is survived by his wife; children; Paula (Kirk) Kennedy, Michelle Farris, Billie (Ryan) Manning, Breanna Bachman, and one son Randie Bachman; 10 grandchildren and one brother; Val Bachman.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother Edward, a sister Carla and a very special granddaughter, Amber Lynne Kennedy.
A special thanks to Dr. Hansen and staff, especially Deanna and Andrea; also a special thanks to Ron and Anna Willie; and all of Dad's friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Leavitt's Mortuary. Family and friends may call Tuesday, February 3, 2004 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the services at Leavitt's Mortuary. Interment, Leavitt's Aultorest Memorial Park.
