Klara Sedlacek, 93, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 31, 2001, at River Mede Manor. She was predeceased by her husband, Louis, and her daughter, Angela, in Slovakia. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Catherine Sedlacek; her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and John Kuzel, all of Binghamton; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; her sister, Margaret Dubecky, Naples, Fl.; and her brother, Rehor Dubecky, Slovakia. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. at Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc., 96 Glenwood Ave., Binghamton, and at 9:30 a.m. at St. James Church where a Funeral Mass will be offered by the Rev. Thomas J. Ryan. Family will receive friends on Tuesday morning from 8:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. James Church.
