Mrs. Lola P. Rogers, RR 1, Muncie, died Thursday afternoon at Ball Hospital after an illness of six weeks. She was born in Randolph County and had resided in Delaware County since 1928, moving here from Hartford City. Mrs. Rogers was a member of Madison Street Methodist Church.
Surviving are the husband, Harry M. Rogers; two daughters, Mrs. Gerald Thornburg and Mrs. Freda Sprawl, both of Muncie; three brothers, Earl Hurst, Albany, Claude Hurst, this city, and Berlice Hurst, Selma; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Parson Mortuary at 3 p.m. Saturday, the Rev. Gail Davis in charge. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 1 p.m. Friday.
