J. T. Burroughs, 69, who was injured in an automobile accident on the Dallas-Fort Worth Highway last Friday night, died Wednesday at a Dallas hospital. He lived near Grand Prairie.
Funeral services will be held Thursday.

Death of two persons injured earlier Thursday brought the Dallas county (outside the city) traffic death toll for the year to 56, close to the all-time high of 62.
Richard Lee Morris, 51, of Irving, died of injuries received in a bus-truck collision last Oct. 23, while J. T. Burroughs, 69, died of injuries inflicted when he was struck by an automobile at Grand Prairie last week.
