Private burials were held Monday for Moriah Leahann Brough, 20, Joseph Lee Babcock, 21, and their three deceased children, Jaydon L. Babock, 2, Angel Leah Ann, 14 months, and Kendall Junelina Lyn Babcok, 1 month, 25 days old. A memorial service took place at 3 p.m. Monday at Life Tabernacle Church in Salem. Joseph, Moriah, Jaydon and Kendall were all killed in the devastating tornado that hit Pekin around 3 p.m. Friday. Angel survived, but was critically injured. She died at 4:10 p.m. Sunday at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville. Moriah L. Brough was born Dec. 10, 1991, to Jack and Michelle Lee Brough. She was a homemaker and a member of Life Tabernacle Church in Salem. Other survivors besides her daughter include her father, Jack Brough of Pekin, a brother: Josh Brough of Jacksonville, Fla., two sisters: Kendra Brough of Louisville, and Jayla Brough of Pekin, and a grandmother: Ruth Hardin of Paoli. She was preceded in death by her mother: Michelle Brough. Joseph Lee Babcock was born Feb. 6, 1991, in Indianapolis the son of Sherman Rose and Kathy Babcock. He was an employee of Lanham Sawmill. He was a member of Life Tabernacle Church. He is also survived by his mother, Kathy Babcock of Austin, father, Sherman Rose of Austin, brothers: Michael Lee Combs Jr. of New Albany, Jeffrey Babcock of Roanoke, Ind. and James Babcock of Whitmore, Tenn., sisters: Kimberly White and Ashley Babcock both of Roanoke, and grandparents: Brenda Hensley of Roanoke, Cora Rose of Austin and Donald Babcock of Salem. Jaydon was born June 29, 2009, in Scottsburg. Angel was born Dec. 9, 2010, in Scottsburg. Kendall was born Jan. 6, 2012 in Scottsburg. The children are survived by their grandparents, Kathy Babcock and Sherman Rose both of Austin, Jack Brough of Pekin, and great-grandparents, Ruth Hardin of Paoli, Brenda Hensley of Roanoke, Indiana, Cora Rose of Austin and Donald Babcock of Salem.
