Obituary, Muskogee Daily Phoenix, Oct. 22, 1998 Frank Douglas Richerson, 77, of Gore, died Tuesday afternoon at Intensive Hospital of Eastern Oklahoma after an extended illness. He was born May 5, 1921 to Vernon and Francis (Eckert) Richerson in Warner. Mr. Richerson worked as an independent truck driver until his retirement. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and out doors man. He also enjoyed participating in the Senior Citizens Country dances in Muskogee, Checotah and Fort Gibson. Mr. Richerson is survived by his sons and daughter-sin-laws, Doug and Joyce Richerson and Mike and Susan Richerson; daughter and son-in-law, Pat and George Fletcher and daughter, Debbie Richerson all of Muskogee; his brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Lexie Richerson of Fort Worth, Texas; sisters and brother-in-laws, Opal and Ewing Chandler of Arkansas and Pat and Buster Cope of Wagoner; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; many friends and dancing partners. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A. M. Friday at Fosters' Ivory Chapel with Rev. Charles Capps officiating. Interment will be in Greenhill Cemetery. Funeral service arrangements are under the direction of Foster-Petering Funeral Home
