Funeral for Maureen Jones, 97, of Garrison, Texas, will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at Garrison Funeral Home, Garrison, Texas, with the Rev. Rex Humphreys officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Timpson, Texas. Mrs. Jones died February 27, 2012, in Garrison, Texas. Born December 22, 1914, in Diboll, Texas, she was the daughter of Albert L. and Bertha Summers Rack. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Jones; and a sister, Elaine Rack. Survivors include a daughter, Judy Stoddard and husband, Tutts; grandson, Spencer Alan Stoddard and Stephanie; great-grandsons, Logan Alan Stoddard and Ryne Cooper Stoddard; extended family, William, Donna and Parker Perry; cousins, Elaine Flowers, Jenny Copeland and Dick Woodall; special friend, Sally Langston; and a host of other friends. Pallbearers will be Al Stoddard, Mark Stoddard, Bozy Adams, Herman Stoddard, Arnie Kelley and Glen Yarbrough. Honorary pallbearers will be Gerald Mackey, Farrel Davis, David Billingsley and William Perry. Funeral services under the direction of Garrison Funeral Home, Garrison.
