Pauline was the oldest child and daughter of Oliver "Ollie" LeGrand & Bessie E. Bias. She married Kenneth O'dell Charlton in Catlettsburg, KY in 1925 and they were the parents of two children, Barbara & Roger. One child was lost to miscarriage and is also buried in Highland Cemetery on the lot with Ollie & Bessie LeGrand. She had two sisters, Alma Irene and Loyis Alzada.
Her first husband Kenneth was killed in a motorcycle accident in 1945 and Pauline married a second time to Ottie Crook. Pauline was a member of the Cross Road Methodist Church and the Bible class. She passed away in a Huntington hospital from breast cancer.
