Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at Chapel of the Valley-L.B. Hall Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., with James Downing, pastor of Jerome Prairie Bible Church, officiating. Interment will be at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens.

Henady was born Dec. 11, 1937, in Woodland, Ill., to Elwood and Ruth (Brooks) Anderson. On July 28, 1957, in Kankakee, Ill., she married Bill Henady, who survives. They moved to Grants Pass in 1971 from Illinois. For 27 years, she was an Avon representative and was often in the President's Club for her outstanding sales record. In the late 1990s, she worked as a cashier at Wal-Mart for three years.
She enjoyed crocheting and watching baseball and hockey. She was a fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Blackhawks.
In addition to her husband, survivors include two daughters, Niki Stevenson of Salem, and Kristi Rush of Indianapolis; a brother, William Anderson of Roseburg; a sister, Jean Anderson of Grants Pass; four grandchildren and a great-grandson.
