Ollie {Turner} Flanary / Addison, age 80, of Pennington Gap passed away Saturday, January 6, 1996 at the Carter Hall Nursing Home in Dryden.

Mrs. Addison was born and reared in Pennington Gap and had lived in Chattanooga, Tennessee for 25 years; she had resided in Lee County for the past 10 years. She was a member of the Pennington Gap First United Methodist Church.

She was predceded in death by her first husband, Ulysses G. Flanary; her second husband, William P. Addison; one son, Devon Flanary; two brothers and one sister.

She is survived by two sons, Curtis Flanary of Tazewell, TN and Jack Flanary of Pennington Gap; three step-sons, Charles Addison of Chickamauga, GA, Stephen O. Addison of Cleveland, TN, and William P. Addison of Marietta, GA; three step-daughters, June Rector of Duneden, FL, Maxine Weir of Indianapolis, In, and Katherine Calloway of Chatanooga, TN; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; three brothers, Jim Turner of Knoxville, TN, Ed Turner of Jacksonville, FL, and Dewey Turner of Clintwood, VA; and three sisters, Mabel Turner of Pennington Gap, Ruby Myers of Miamisburg, OH, and Sylvia Sergent of Knoxville, TN.

Funeral services were conducted at 8 p.m. Monday from the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brian Taylor and the Rev. George Flanary officiating. Committal services were conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Flanary Family Cemetery in Jonesville.
