Born April 30, 1930, in Huntingdon, she was the daughter of the late Clinton D. and Anna Louella (Merriman) Kurtz Sr. Her husband, Jackie L. Kline, whom she married Aug. 30, 1968, in Alexandria, survives at their Kernersville, N.C. residence.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by the following children: John R. Hall and his wife, Dorie M. of Huntingdon; Nancy Hall Dick, of Gettysburg; stepdaughter, Cathy Kline Stank and husband, Chris, of Eldersburg, Md.; stepsons, Jackie A. Kline and his wife Lorie, of Mechanicsburg; Richard Scott Kline, of Mechanicsburg; and Brian Hummel and his wife Michelle, of Burnham.
Also surviving are: 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition, she is survived by a sister, Jeanne Fyock, of Huntingdon.
She was preceded in death by a son, William C. Hall; a sister, Betty Stout; and a brother, Clinton D. Kurtz Jr.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Huntingdon. She was predominately a homemaker. Nancy was the 1955 Pennsylvania State Women's Archery Champion and was an avid bowler.
She attended Huntingdon High School.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the graveside for a service at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2008, at Riverview Cemetery (Section 27 above and to the right of the Mausoleum.) Interment will take place in Riverview Cemetery.
