Ray, Mr. Reginald J., 89 a resident of Wetumpka, AL, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012 at 2 p.m. from Holtville Riverside Baptist Church with Dr. Wendell Ray and Rev. Kenneth Garner officiating. Interment will follow in Cain's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Ellison Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Ray is survived by one daughter, Rhonda Ray, Atlanta, GA; 2 sons, Jack Ray, Montgomery, AL, Wendell (Melissa) Ray, Brewton, AL; 3 brothers, Harold (Pat) Ray, Morris Ray and Doug Ray, all of Huntsville, AL; 4 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Rosellen Ray and a brother, James Ray. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be to Holtville Riverside Baptist Church.

Mr. Ray was a World War II veteran and a member of the Alabama Cattlemens Association. He was a leader at Holtville Riverside Baptist Church serving as a Sunday School Teacher, Chairman of the Deacons and Treasurer.
