Barbara Dunn Basham, devoted wife and mother passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012. She survived the love of her life, John Basham, by 9 days.
Barbara was born May 17, 1923 in Rye, New Hampshire and was proud of her Northern heritage.
She volunteered at Manna Food Bank, Sacred Heart Hospital, and as a Gray Lady at Baptist Hospital in the sixties.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James and Kathy Basham of Pensacola; her daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Dick Fauss of Elkview, West Virginia, and daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Dave Economos of Dover, New Hampshire. She was "Nana" to nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
There will be no public services and interment will be in Barrancas National Cemetery.
Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
