Beulah, 92, of Lake Odessa, died Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at Green Acres Independent Living in Ionia. She was the daughter of Emery and Magdalena (Gackler) Kime.

Beulah graduated from Clarksville High School, worked at Norcutts Grocery and then supported the war effort working at AC Spark Plug in Ionia.

Beulah married Henry Beland on May 15, 1943. She was a member of the Farm Bureau, Grange, Central United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Glen Kime.

Surviving is her husband of 68 years, Henry; daughter, Sandra (Max) Bennett of Midland; son, Dallas Beland of Lake Odessa; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.

According to her wishes, cremation took place and a graveside service was held.
