Fulgenzio was married to Clelia Pia Pulini, (3-20-1870). They had four children, Ferrincio(6-6-1897), Itala, (5-20-1897), Lydia, (6-17-1904), and Fernando, (8-30-1907). Fernando was their only child to come to the United States.
Fulgenzio was a mentor to Anton Coppola.
