BYNG - Services for Samuel Jackson Ott, 49, Byng, are 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Dewayne Ott will officiate. Burial will follow at New Bethel Cemetery in Byng.

Mr. Ott died Monday, March 17, 2008 at an Oklahoma City hospital. He was born February 17, 1959 at Ada, Oklahoma to Willie S. and Frances Greenwood Ott. He graduated from Stonewall High School and was currently attending East Central University.

He married Therese Burns on December 17, 1987 in Ada, Oklahoma. She died December 27, 2007 at Oklahoma City. Mr. Ott was a disc jockey for KTLS radio, and he was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include a son, Christian Ott and wife Sunni, Texarkana, Arkansas; four brothers, Manuel Ott, Denton, TX, Dewayne Ott, Ada, Larry Ott, Dallas, TX, and Virgil Ott, Coalgate; and two sisters, Angie Igo, Midwest City, and Joy Bohanon, Ada.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and a brother, Bill Greenwood.

Bearers will be Zack Ott, Shannon Wright, Brian Ott, Michael Ott, Jimmy Ireland, and Howard Stone.
