He is survived by three daughters, one son, one brother and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Willie Samuel and Frances (Greenwood) Ott, brothers Bill Greenwood and Sam Ott and sisters Joy Bohanon and Angie Igo.

Wake service will be held on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 7:00 pm at Criswell Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Ada. Interment will be at Hickory Hill Cemetery.
