Ester Boyatt, 74, of Rt. 1 Oneida, passed away in the Scott County Hospital Wednesday morning January 26, she was the daughter of the late William West and the late Lucy Strunk West, a member of the Pine Creek Baptist Church. Survivors: husband: Fred Boyatt of Oneida, two sons: Earl H. Boyatt of Oneida, Fred Boyatt Jr. of Norwood, Ohio, five daughters: Beulah Ellis of Allardt, Tenn., Mildred Cordell of Pine Knot, Ky., Wilda Boyatt and Betty Hammock both of Oneida, Wanda Woyteck of Reno, Nevada, thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted from the Pine Creek Baptist Church 2 p.m. Friday January 28, with Rev.. Albert Chitwood and Rev. James E. Marcum officiating. Burial in the New Light Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Harold Dean Cordell, David Cordell, Jay Foster, Russell Boyatt, M.C. Boyatt, Bill Boyatt. West Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
