Rev. Clarence S. Ream, Sr., 82, resident of Wauchula, Florida, for the past 32 years, died Dec. 10 in a Bartow Hospital. He was a retired Christian Church minister and is survived by two daughters: Miss Maxine Ream of Wauchula and Miss Dorothy Ream of Arcadia; five sons, Clarence R. Ream of Wauchula; Warren C. Ream of Springfield. (sic) Ohio: Sheldon D. of Arcadia; Donald E. Ream of Gardena, California; and C. S. Ream, Jr. of Winter Haven; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, December 14 at 2:00 p.m. at the Coker's Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Simon and Rev. M. A. Shaw officiating. Burial was in Wauchula Cemetery.
The Rev. Ream was a former pastor of the Bloomville E.U.B (sic) church circuit for two years, 1931 and 1932, going from hear (sic) to West Mansfield (Ohio) Christian Church, where he served for a number of years.
