Everett L. Wilson, 87, formerly of Markle, died early Saturday morning, Feb. 11, 2012, at Heritage Pointe in Warren. He had been a resident of Heritage Pointe the last few years.
He was born Feb. 9, 1925, in Wells County, to Charles A. Wilson and Margaret R. Hatfield Wilson. He married Faye Folk July 22, 1950, in Wells County; she died Aug. 25, 2007.
Survivors include two sons, Gregory Wilson of Markle and Garland Wilson of Huntington; a daughter, Gaylene Dalrymple of Jerome, Idaho; a brother, Max E. Wilson of Markle; two sisters, Agnes Baker of Huntington and Nancy Johnson of Bluffton; and eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard Wilson, Robert Wilson and Phillip Wilson; and four sisters, Magdalene Crum, Phyllis Confer, Janet Cooper and Betty Blew.
Services are at 2 p.m. today at the Myers Funeral Home, Markle Chapel.
Interment will be at the Prospect Cemetery in Wells County.
