(Feb 2, 2006) -- WARD, Susan Marie (nee Duench) - Went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, January 31, 2006, at St. Mary's Hospital, at the age of 61 years. Susan is survived by her husband Bob of Waterloo, her daughter Cindie Horst and fiance George Ballos of Toronto, her brother Robert Duench (Pat) formerly of Elmira, triplet sisters Judy Biesinger (Larry) of RR4, Listowel, and Pat Pond of Kitchener. Sue is lovingly remembered by her godmother Aunt Marie Ainsworth of Waterloo and her many cousins, nieces and nephews as well as her very special caregivers for 16 years, sister Judy, Barb Wilkie and Linda Borghese who visited her every Thursday. Predeceased by her parents Carl and Ethel (Ainsworth) Duench, infant brother Bruce, godfather Herb Ainsworth, Aunt and Uncle Howard and Edith Duench. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Friday evening from 7-9 p.m. where funeral service will be held in the funeral home Chapel on Saturday, February 4 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Hans Borch officiating followed by interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Elmira. In her memory, donations to Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
